Product Description

 

Mainly used to fill pillow, cushion and other filling productions with conjugate hollow siliconized polyester fiber that shorter than 100MM.

The whole line is assembled by a fiber opener and 2 opertion tables and can be handled by 2 operators adjusted by PLC control system.

Weighing system with tolerance about 25G requires material filling even and continues working by the operators.

High capacity usually one normal pillow 600g can be finished in 6 seconds.

The rollers are made by V- wre wth long life and less maintenance.

High opening machine for 98% up without hurting the fiber, so that the finished production is good elasticity, flat and good hand feeling.

Frequency conversion blower ensures the finished production flat, even.

The fiber wrapping against device of rollers and running deviation against device of converyer belt make machine easy for maintenance and stalbe
